Skier’s Paradise

France is a skier’s paradise, there is something for everyone. Last year there was more reported snow in the Pyrenees than the Alps and travelling here couldn’t be easier with the low cost airlines and various ferry routes. Fancy trying somewhere new? The Pyrenees could be just the place!

Fountains Of Escot

We are near to 6 important skiing resorts (30 min to an hour) and we offer winter B&B accommodation and Self-Catering skiing apartments.

Our location, just next to the international route RN 134 means that we are not «out in the sticks», but next to a road that is open throughout the year in all weathers.

This is an important fact as it guarantees, during winter, safe driving and public transport up to the new tunnel of Somport and the Spanish border with the skiing resorts of Somport, Candanchu and Astun.

Transport to Ski Resorts

You could rent a car as explained in the «How to get here» pages or take the bus that passes in front of the property. The bus shuttle departs 4 times a day from Oloron to Canfranc Station.
