Self-catering

This gite is dedicated to our local mountain at the East the magnificent Roumendarès!

This gite uses the space of two smaller gites. The arched window corridor, that normally is shared between the 2 smaller gites, becomes completely independent. The external stone steps lead directly to the front door of the gite. See the «Roumendarès floor plan» for the arrangement and layout of the gite.

The gite has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen-dinner. Giving a total area of approximately 112 m² and comfortably accommodating up to 10 people.

All 7 rooms have high ceilings and large shuttered windows facing south-west with afternoon sunshine. All have splendid and unobstructed views of the Aspe river and the Pyrenees. From these windows you can also see the back garden with the children’s swimming pool and the fronton. The accomodation is as follows:

1st Bedroom

A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It has a comfortable double bed, carpet, fitted wardrobe and electric heater.

2nd Bedroom

It has all the features of the 1st bedroom.

3nd Bedroom

A large bedroom with 2 single beds, electric radiator and plenty of storage space. There is a comfortable sofa-bed (can sleep another 2 people if required) and coffee table.

2 Bathrooms

These are the en-suite bathrooms of the 1st and 2nd bedrooms. They are identical and each has a bath with shower, wash basin and toilet. Have heating and drying facilities. A fresh set of towels and toiletries are provided.

Kitchen Dinner

This is an open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery and cooking utensils and has a breakfast bar. There is a double sink, hob, electric oven, air extractor, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. There is a large dining table, television and internet connection.

Living Room

It has a large and comfortable sofa-bed that can, if necessary, sleep another 2 people. There are tea and coffee facilities with a small fridge. There is satellite television and fast internet connection if you wish to bring your laptop.

Arched Windows Corridor

This is a long and attractive corridor where children can play. Bicycles and other outdoor equipment can be accommodated here You will be given 2 sets of keys for the entrance door.
