The Romans called this region «Aquitaine» which in Latin means ‘Land of Water’. Indeed one of Aquitaine’s most beautiful rivers is right here.

The Gave d’Aspe is perfect for white water sports like rafting, canoeing, kayaking, hydro-speeding and hot-dogging! See our «River Aspe» page.

Fountains Of Escot

As we are next to the river all you need to do is walk few steps down to our river beaches to practise your favourite white water sport. We also have a private lane and a gate next to river bank. So, if necessary, you can drive down there with all your equipment. We have the space to store all your equipment safely. For details see «Property plan».

Local Resources

If you don't want to bring your own gear or would like to learn or just watch these sports then there are plenty of organised clubs and centres in the vicinity. You, or the whole family, can have great fun learning hydro-speeding or hot-dogging!
