Given the unparalleled geographical situation there is a wealth of adventurous and cultural activities available for children in the region. But you really don’t have to go anywhere to have a fantastic holiday!

There is something to be found for everyone in the family within the grounds of this property. The Fountains Of Escot is a magical haven for children in itself. The natural world of the Pyrenees is all around us ready to be explored. See the «Property plan» and «Wildlife» pages.

A magical River

The river here is private with sand and pebble beaches where children can bring their buckets and spades. Here children can swim and paddle in the impeccable river waters. There is a natural terrace, with tables and hammock, where parents can have a family BBQ.

Behind the river banks there are meadows with ancient trees and wild flowers. Here you can relax and have family picnics. See the «River Aspe» page.

Children will fondly remember our Pyrenean sheep and horses that regularly graze in these meadows and woodlands.

Controlled Enviroment

We also have a more controlled environment for younger children. The main garden of the property is surrounded by a secure perimeter fence where children can play freely.

Here there is a vast lawn with the fronton courtyard, which can easily be adapted for tennis and any other playground ball games. There is a large children’s swimming pool and lots of space to enjoy any outdoor family activities. See the «Outdoor facilities» page.

Indoor Activities

There are exceptionally large function rooms for families to organise any indoor activities and use some of the provided board games. In particular the dancing floor has been organised with children in mind, coffee tables, chairs, mats, scatter cushions, table football, books, DVDs etc. This room is great, for families, on those occasional rainy days.
