With several reputable schools of paragliding the Aspe Valley is becoming the centre of free flight in the Pyrenees. In particular our village of Accous is completely guided towards air sports. The Aspe Valley is «The Place» to be for discovering the Pyrenees from above!

There is professional guidance for first time flights, initiation stage training and also further development for the more experienced. We have several paragliding schools to choose from and discover the world of free flight. Just a few steps are required to take off and land.

Or perhaps you just want to be a passenger in which case the two-seat paragliding option would be another sensational way to discover this valley.

Flying Tours

The flying school, at Oloron Sainte-Marie, offers not only training courses, but also «Flights of Initiation». Flights of Initiation are another wonderful way to see the magnificent Pyrenees from above! For €60 up to 3 passengers can fly for 1/2 hour and choose one of the many flying routes.

Free Flying Activity

Model aircraft making is a free activity to discover the world of flight at a distance. You can learn how to pilot a model with 6 instructors and 3 planes of apprenticeship at your disposal! Each Sunday afternoon from 15:00 to 17:00 (summer) and from 14:30 to 16:00 (winter). This could be a great afternoon out for the whole family.
